Snug as a bug in a rug
Bruce Strum built my 4500 square house. It was the first time I had a house built, and was worried because of all the horror stories I've heard. However, this was a wonderful experience. I love my house. It's an energy efficient home and is snug as a bug in a rug. I didn't know what a energy efficiency house was when we started, but Bruce took time to explain each item, and how it saved energy. It's hard to make a 4500 square foot home energy efficient! Bruce's innovative ideas solved a number of issues; he was very patient with me. I also hate shopping, so Bruce brought me catalogs and pamphlets for lighting and plumbing fixtures, appliances and all the other items that need to be selected when building a home. It was such a fun experience, if I could afford it, I'd do it again. Bruce responded promptly to all my questions, took the time to educate me on what was going on, why a product was being suggested, and even had the electrician walk through each and every room, asking for my preference on where every light switch and outlet would be located. Now, that's attention to detail!
